Together with the revision of the name of the consortium from "Keitaide-Music Consortium" to "UDAC Consortium", its articles have been amended to allow the consortium to develop a safe distribution system with contents and rights in fields other than mobile phones, using the public key cryptosystem.

The consortium Articles were revised at the general meeting held on December 11, 2003 with object of developing a more open consortium for further spreading and promoting UDAC-MB technical Specifications.
