Procedures for joining the UDAC consortium are as follows:
Refer to "Introduction to the UDAC Consortium" in regard to the Code, membership eligibility, and annual dues.

1. Download the membership application paper, fill in the required items, and send to the Secretariat by FAX or e-mail the same contents to: info@undac-consortium.org

2. Send two name cards of the person in charge to the Secretariat.
    
3. The Consortium Code and a notice on completion of membership filing will be sent from the Secretariat.
